There's nothing like the thrill of riding your first wave. Our ISA certified surf instructors are all long-standing members of the Nova Scotia surfing community. They get the majority of our students up and riding a wave after just one session.
Martinique beach is without a doubt one of the most beautiful beaches in Nova Scotia. Stretching an incredible 3.7 kilometres out into the Atlantic Ocean makes it the provinces longest sand beach. Surfer or not, this beach is an absolute "must see" when visiting Halifax or the surrounding area.
Most surfing beaches in Nova Scotia will be "surfable" 1-2 days a week while Martinique, as well as Lawrencetown, will produce waves everyday. If you're visiting, interested in surfing and you only have a short window, Martinique is the safe bet.
All of our surf lessons include a professional surfboard and quality wetsuit to keep you warm in the water. After your lesson, you get the wetsuit and board for the rest of the day.
